SAVASANA AT SUNSET

How about some Friday afternoon Healthy Hour fun?!

Let's meet at the base of North Table Mountain at 5:30pm on Friday and hike to the top of the table to warm up for an hour of all-levels vinyasa flow yoga that will wrap up with savasana at sunset.
